Musicians Republic was Ashley Morgan's first record label. Formed in 1997 with Steve O'Toole, former owner of the indie record label Beatific Records, home to Enormous, Ashley Morgan, Paul Varga and Davy Lawrence during the late 1990s.

Enormous signed with Ashley Morgan's record label Big Arena Records label in 2005. In 2011 Ashley Morgan founded E & R Records, an independent analogue jazz record label.

Davy Lawrence was previously signed to IRS Records before moving to Ashley Morgan's record label, Big Arena Records.
